Core Labs are dynamic, exploratory spaces within RWI's makerspace where CSR professionals collaborate to investigate emerging trends, test innovative approaches, and develop practical solutions in corporate citizenship. Unlike our Genome Labs which focus on fundamental transformation, or Amplifier Labs which are sponsor-driven, Core Labs emphasize open exploration and hands-on experimentation without the pressure of immediate deliverables.
What makes Core Labs unique:
Open-ended exploration that encourages creativity and innovation
Collaborative development of practical frameworks and tools
Low-stakes environment for testing new ideas
Focus on emerging CSR themes and technologiest goes here

Through Core Labs, participants gain both shareable knowledge (deep understanding of CSR principles) and actionable understanding (practical ability to implement solutions) that can be immediately applied within their organizations.
Join a Core Lab to explore cutting-edge ideas, collaborate with fellow practitioners, and shape the future of corporate citizenship through hands-on innovation and experiential learning.

AI in Practice Lab
The AI in Practice Lab explores how artificial intelligence (AI) can be ethically and effectively integrated into social impact teams to streamline daily tasks and operations. This lab focuses on practical applications of AI, including automating repetitive tasks such as data analysis, employee engagement tracking, volunteer matching, impact measurement, report generation, presentation development, newsletter creation, marketing content, and the application of behavioral science (e.g., nudge theory). By enhancing productivity, the lab enables social impact practitioners to allocate more resources toward strategic impact initiatives rather than operational overhead.
