The Standards and Measures Genome Lab is working on establishing universal definitions, standardized metrics, and validation protocols for employee volunteering, ensuring credible, verifiable data across CSR initiatives

The Genome Lab is a specialized space within the RWI Maker’s Space focused on developing transformative, system-level standards and frameworks in CSR, aimed at addressing foundational issues and creating scalable solutions, in contrast to Core Labs, which support ongoing learning, skill-building, and exploration without the pressure for immediate systemic change.

The goal of Genome Labs is to create adaptable prosocial "social-genetic code" solutions that address systemic challenges like inequality and the ‘tragedy of the commons’. By collaborating with diverse stakeholders, Genome Labs develop scalable and high-utility tools and frameworks that promote prosocial values across cultures and sectors.
